It is big again now. Digimon Fusion or something is a cartoon currently out. |
Hmm, is it any good? Usually reboots turn out terrible

How hard is it to localize a fucking game. The game is already made so the hard part is over.
is this show still alive? who would demand a port? the last few games don't even sell in Japan.. why would it sell in the west

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

Digimon has a pretty solid fanbase in the US. Surely big enough to warrant localization.
“@ianuarius90 make the petition reach 50k fans at least, then we can maybe start considering it.” — Isshak Gravi (@Isshak_Gravi) June 27, 2014
This is pretty obvious NOT a "50k means game" scenario.
Nobody that can at least somewhat understand english would think this means the game is "confirmed" when 50k is reached.
I mean
considering = a chance.
maybe = a chance
There is a chance in having a chance that this might happen. Pretty obvious to me.
Btw is any TV channel (main channels) airing Digimon in europe? Last time I heard about Digimon or even saw it on TV was like 10 years ago or so.

Why doesn't this surprise me in the least? Digimon is all about putting guns on animals. |
Definite selling point. Who doesn't want that.
A lot of people liked it more than Pokemon because the digimon had personality and could speak.

I don't know the copyrights or the licenses necessaries for this, but if the only reason for this game not being localised is the language, they are lazy. Is that expensive to pay for a team of translators?
If they doubt the game will be succesful, why not just a digital version, Vita already sells most of its games on digital?
