He doesn't mean it will actually be that size. But apparently it will be big... especially for Zelda (if you don't count WW as super big, because most of it was just water).

Good job adding credence to Pavo's post by using a clown to convey your feelings.

Does he even KNOW what he means? Shigbert had to step in and "save" the mess so many times that I am absolutely certain all you fuckers are trolling me whenever you get hyped.

I'm sorry, I really don't understand what you are talking about.

I'm not saying he knows what he means. I don't know what "I base the big world on Kyoto" means. But it certainly doesn't mean "The world will be 800 square kilometers.", so no one should assume that. However I feel the gist implies that it will be relatively large, and it was a poor choice of response if he actually intends to make it small and compact.

How exactly does "Kyoto" translate in terms of area? Hours spent adventuring? These statements are not even good enough for speculation. There has been a history of mistranslations, but the final product rarely lives up to the ambition that is promised.

Earnest appeal: Stop trying to blow minds with worlds that disappear into the distance with little to do between here and there, and instead create beautifully integrated compact worlds where every step has a consequence.
