Both games will likely be MS games, unless there indie games.
For arcade titles I agree, it's only a matter of time until Crimson Dragon, Lococycle, Powerstar Golf, Strider, Peggle 2 and the likes are given away. They won't chance giving away anything that released recently that people would have paid full money for. For retail titles I'd reckon Zoo Tycoon would be one of the first based on the abysmal sales.
Powerstar is already free as they changed the model of the game and Peggle 2 and Stryder are currently 50 percent off.
I don't think Microsoft would put Peggle 2 and Stryder in the free pool yet. That would upset a lot of buyers.
