I believe that Ubisoft is the most creative out of the big 3rd party developers out there.  They utilize controller inputs better than the main developers. have access to some pretty big franchises and has multiple studios under their belt.

I believe ubisoft can crave a pretty big chunk if they wre able to create their own console:

Ubisoft first party available only for their console (family friendly like Nintendo...Mature like Sony/Microsoft):

         Just Dance, Assasin's Creed etc

Like Sega before them, I believe other 3rd parties, West and East would gladly jump on board.

          EA, activision, WB, Capcom, Square Enix, Konami, Sega

Creative controller

Modified Version of Uplay for online (take the best functions of Live/PSN)

Also I agree Ubisoft is my favorite ouf of the 3 big publishers   then comes Activision and then comes EA.

Assassin's Creed+Watch Dogs+Far Cry+Splinter Cell+Rainbow 6+Ghost Recon+Beyond Good & Evil+Prince of Persia+Rayman+Just Dance+Rabbids is a pretty solid first party lineup.

It would have mandatory Uplay, which means it would be insanely irritating.

New Super Rayman Bros. would be their first game for it.


I would consider getting a Ubisoft console, they would have great first-party games for it.

+ Child of light also all their imagine games+ other games that helped the Wii family friendly crowd out.

I think out of the three big developers the one more capable to handle its own system is EA. And very few peolpe would buy an EA system, packed with all matters of DRM, Day 1 DLC in all 1st parties, not allowing second hand games (if they had their system you know this will happen)...

An Ubisoft console would use AC as their star franchise (yearly releases between main series games and spinoffs, maybe an Assasins Just Dance?).

But I have the feeling it will be a platform exclusive to Ubisoft games since an integrated UPlay OS would be obvious. People wouldn't buy a console solely for Ubisoft games. It would be a waste of money in my opinion, for both the company and the consumers. I honestly don't see people buying it.
