Except for.them being.taken off of the store or the store shutting down and unless you had it currently downloaded it's lost forever. Even if they're downloaded.a simple system death could be the end of it all. 

Someone at Nintendo is pissed off about the JB pic and is removing content from your disc every time you play online. Soon your entire game will be magically patched out of existence.

I never get any errors in race and very very rarely out I see people complaining about this stuff constantly but it never ever happens to me

I've only ever had Kart 8 crash once (which is the only time i've ever seen the Wii U itself crash). It was online, right when i was taking the jump off that flower in DK Jungle.

Funnily, i seem to remember the game crashing in that exact spot on Mario Kart 7, too...

Clearly a direct result of Obama's negligent actions.

I would play but I never know when they are on. Also on my internet I often have problems playing with non Aussies. Next month I will try to play a few tourneys. Too busy with World Cup for anything other than football and sleep =P
