PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

foreigners will have varied console tastes, just like anybody else. Some will get an XBO and some will get a PS4.

ps4 is already released so it had an advantages and Destiny is ps4 exclusive in Japan i believe majority will buy ps4 just like in West
