That's very bad of them. I preorder music on iTunes and I'm always given the choice to cancel the preorder whenever I like.

But why in the world would someone preorder, AND PAY, a digital game 2 months prior to the release. It makes no sense, it's not like the game will sell out.
A sensible thing to do, if there is a preorder bonus like in this case, is to preorder a few days in advance when preload is available.

Sucks for those people though, they should get a refund. But maybe now they'll learn that there is no reason and no upside of loaning Sony the money.
