I don't think 82$ is much is Japan for a game since Japan has higher standards, higher pays and that...
Its not like people in Brazil where 8th gen games are 100$ and also close 100$ here in Croatia for a new game. :P

Nice to see it getting at least some advertising.
Sadly due to its adult nature I expect Nintendo of America to act as though it doesn't exist, outside of stuff like Nintendo Direct and Twitter. You won't see ads on TV, let's just say.

Prices in Brazil are just insane.
But I think the average pay is higher e.g. in the USA than in Japan, and there new games are 60$, but people still complain...
