Was in the local Eb games/Gamestop and was thinking of reserving a copy of Metal Gear Solid 4. But i rather have the Special Edition if there will be one. Do you think there will be?

The thing that got me most interested in buying a special edition was the RSV 2 one which comes with End War gameplay footage, which thus far has not been shown, but the only problem is that it will be on you tube the next day

Doesn't Konami usually rerelease MGS games with SEs to get people to double dip? I'm pretty sure that MGS2: Substance and MGS3: Subsistence came out a good while after the originals.

I am not sure if metal gear solid 1,2 or 3 had a release with a special edition. I know substance and subsistence where release a while after the original but does anybody know if he ever had a special edition released with a orignal versions?

why would anybody still reserve games? Walk into bestbuy/any other retail and get the game on launch is the best way to go

not to mention more than a few stores give discount during launch date.
