i see it selling more in 2015 due to the fact that 2015 for the Wii U looks it could have as good of a line up as the 3DS did in 2013 and 2013 so far as it seems will be the best year for the 3DS

Wow, I don't agree at all. I don't think any next generation console has even come close to revealing a line up that rival's the 3DS' 2013. I think that if they actually release their games out on time, they'll have a better year, because the Wii U effectively has had only two games this year so far. If they can truely release Zelda U in 2015 instead of 2016 like I know they will, release XenoChron X in the first half of 2015, release Splatoon in a time that will give it the best chance for success instead of in the same day as the best selling game of the generation, actually make Star Fox good and not a gyroscopic mess, and release things like SMT x FE in 2015, they'll have an amazing year. But they won't.

I remember when the 2014 line up was amazing.

2015 will edge out 2014. I'm almost sure of it. The console will really be affordable next year and, with MK, SSB, and hopefully a handful of moderately large titles, 2015 will hopefully outpace 2014 for the first 5 months of the year. Then I think the last 7 months can track about even with 2014.

2016 will be down well below 2014, though.

Want to bet? Since your so sure and all

No. I don't approve of your addiction to bets. It's sickening.

Well i guess that means you dont trust yourself as well cuz if your statement was as easy as you made it to be, it be an easy bet

i really dont know.
but nintendo knows how to fucked up.
why would they release BAYONETA in october geez

Depends on if they can release games throughout the year and without delays unlike they did in 2013 & 2014. Also a price cut to $199 in the second half of 2015 could really help give it a strong year.

Probably 2014, but not by a large amount. The only reason it will beat 2015 is because Mario Kart and Smash Bros.

You can't really make that prediction right know as none of the Wii U games showed at E3 had a 2016 release, come back in a year after E3 2015 and then make that prediction :/

I know its not the exact same situation but the DS had Brain Training, Nintendogs, Mario Kart, Animal Crossing in 2005 yet it didnt peak until later so i dont think we can assume just because Wii U has Mario Kart and Smash Bros this year that it automatically will be its peak year.

This year it's only finally getting the titles it needs to get its footing. Next holiday all the 2014 titles combined with an open world Zelda, Star Fox, and a surefire price cut is going to make a big splash. Anyone who thinks this year is going to be the peak for the system is just being pessimistic without any real evidence; just a hope for it to fail.

Currently playing:

Bloodbath Paddy Wagon Ultra 9

2015 has alot more games but I don't think they will be able to outsell smash bros AND mario kart combined
