Its a final fantasy game that was never released in the States/Europe being release for a two pretty hot systems. Resident evil and Final Fantasy are in different leagues. If SE didn't see the potential sales that this game could generate on those two systems, they would not have bother with the development.

I didnt see the lack of Japan and that would alter the total greatly if its not released there but with Europe/Us and the rest of the world I wouldnt say 1.5+ mil is out of the question
