Graphics are not what make these games good. We want an upgrade in graphics each iteration, but it is very much the _gameplay_ that makes the souls games good. The hype over the graphis is that they are clearly a leap over what we saw from the prev gem.

I've seen majority of posts in any bloodbourn topic talking about graphics, or youtubers commenting graphics.  

I can understand excitement over the gameplay since it should be what you like, but all i've heard as I said is GRAPHICS.

I'm fine hearing it for games like Uncharted, cause the developers deliver what they show, but this developer clearly doesn't.

Looks like there's going to be a greater emphasis on evasiveness in this game. Not that it wasn't important in the souls games, but so far it doesn't seem like you'll be able to turtle with a shield if things get too hairy.

Yeah if they are saying that its the 'greatest graphics evar' or anything like Uncharted 4 they are just wrong. Usually you see these kind of comments from people who ONLY play that series or games with worse graphics. I hear this kind of stuff all the time about clearly mediocre graphics games. You learn to just ignore people when they talk about graphics.

From Software is not known for their graphical prowess, but they still make great games. We have faith in this developer and so should you.
