Forums - Nintendo - Was Watch Dogs U shown at E3? If not, should we be worried?

I recall reading somewhere that Ubi was not showing any games for Wii U this E3, but they've confirmed recently that Watch Dogs Wii U is still coming. I wouldn't read to much into it at this moment in time.

It's on Nintendo's E3 site way down at the bottom. So I presume it's still alive and well. Also, the Ubi president gave an interview during E3 where he said Watch Dogs and Just Dance 2015 were both going to be out on Wii U this year. I think it was in the same interview where he said they had another finished Wii U game that they were "holding" until the install base was bigger.

Upcoming Games To Get

Definite: Kirby Star Allies (Switch), Mario Tennis Aces (Switch), Fire Emblem (Switch), Yoshi (Switch), Pokemon (Switch), Kingdom Hearts 3 (PS4), Monster Hunter World (PS4)

Considering: Fe (Switch), Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze (Switch), The World Ends With You (Switch), Ys VIII (Switch), Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition (PS4), Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Remix (PS4), The Last Guardian (PS4), Shadow of the Colossus HD (PS4), Anthem (PS4), Shenmue 3 (PS4), WiLD (PS4)

Supposedly they are working on it right now, but we have not or hardly have not seen anything on it? I certainly have not. Why? It should be close to being done. I hope its not a long delay.

The game is already out for other platforms, so is not something you want to hype too much, they did confirm that the game is coming along and that is a fall release, but nothing more. They put together a CG video and share it on the Nintendo youtube channel.

After what nintendo showed I don't think anyone cares about getting a late port of probably the 360/ps3. If it comes out in fall people will be buying bayonetta 2 and smash instead of it. So maybe if they release it this summer it may get so sales past that it means no support. And seeing the show they had at e3 third party support is not something nintendo needs to make it.

Nintendo has it listed in their e3 page with other games. Its coming.

I do care. A little. I have the PC version, but I'm planning to get the Wii U version if I can find it for 20-30 dollars somewhere. I have done that with many Wii U and X360 games before, so I just want it.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.
