Jessman:  9, like the colorful background a lot

Goosegaws: 7.5, plain and simple

AoA: 8, uploading that okeydokey folder somewhere will get you a 10

kirby: 8, nice picture and I like how you arranged the desktop icons around the wave so you can see it still

Neos: 8.5, that bg seems to go well with the vista theme

rdbraptor: 9, nice theme and icon arrangement

finalsquall: 8, can't see it well but the bg looks nice 

sherlock: 6.5, nice picture but negative points for AOL Trial membership

routsounmanman, 8.5, real nice picture, just seems crowded with icons + can't read some of your folder names

WoW: 8, nice and serene 

ssj12: 9, I like the background and you get an extra point for all the torrenting
