If you are going to share information publicly it might be best to check said information for accuracy beforehand.  Anyone whom works for any business should take the time to do that to avoid embarassment not only for themselves but for their employer as well.   He made a bad situation worse and he's going to get shit for being negligent and unprofessional because that is what his behavior was. A little patience and a phone call or email could have avoided this entire situation.  

Sahid and his apologists need to understand that this is exactly the behavior he has already been criticized for many times.  If he doesn't want to keep getting lambasted for it then he'll need to change the behavior.  It's 100% justified. 

Same goes with his haters who refuse to admit his contribution to the localization of several psvita games. The guy is far from perfect and he's made several mistakes as an employee of Sony but that doesn't change all the good he's done for vita and many things going on behind the scenes that we'll never know about.

I have acknowledged what he has done multiple times. Matter of fact I detract Sony for not giving him the resources to do more.  So you might want to direct that comment elsewhere.  

No matter what whom has done for any platform doesn't make unprofessional behavior any better than what it is.  

I did not accuse you, specifically, of anything. You may wanna re-read my reply.  You spoke of apologists, I spoke of haters. Both cases are extreme, thus wrong. I agree with you. His behaviour was unprofessional and should be criticised, but there's a difference between that and calling him names and claiming that he's full of shit as if this case of lack of prefessionalism is any proof that he had nothing to do with any localizations or indie games making it to vita.

Did you work for the dominant arm or the "special" arm of that company though? EU has always been seen as the bastard offspring/lesser child which means it is still an awkward thing to raise.

The sad thing is, if SCEA had a Shahid, Vita would probably be in a relatively comfortable position right now. I dunno, maybe it's just a British thing to prefer the passion as opposed to the BS.

Do we need any more proof that SCEA has given up on Vita. To be honest if Gravity Rush 2 (the only future Vita game I'm interested in other than Freedom Wars) is made a PS4 exclusive I will fvcking riot. I am serious. If every other PS Vita game in the future is made PS4/Vita or PS4 exclusive then Sony needs to go fvck themselves. If they do that Vita will go into a deeper hole than it is already.

The way it's going it looks like it. When they teased GR2 they could have just said for PS Vita which leads me to believe Sony is plotting something. I know they want to focus on PS4 but you cannot give everything to PS4 and leave your other system without an identity. I'm disappointed because Sony shows they have no faith in their system. They could have put just one huge game for each region and it would have done near 3DS numbers. I'm talking about Monster Hunter for the East, GTA, COD and AC for America and Gran Turismo for Europe. Sony really fvcked the Vita from the beginning and are now trying to subtly give it up. I don't care though, because my library is huge and I have yet to buy more than 1 game for my new 3DS. All I want is that Gravity Rush 2 is made Vita exclusive. I don't really care myself,  if there are no more original AAA Vita games. Just give me Gravity Rush 2 and my Vita library is set.

Pardon.  I assumed it was directed at me because I was quoted.  

I am generally careful not to call people names but it's the internet. That kind of behavior is to be expected as far as I'm concerned.  The internet isn't nice in my experience.  

For me passing off incorrect information is the same as being full of shit.  Every one who engages in unprofessional behavior has their professionalism or contribution to their profession questioned. I can see how this instance might lead others to believe this wasn't the first or only time. Especially considering how many times he's been accused of it before.

To be honest they probably don't see any profit in making Vita exclusive games anymore so it is the end for that. At least in it's lifetime Vita got an Uncharted and and Assassin's Creed... :P
