I don't think there is a PC game on the horizon with that kind of quality character Model or water sim. 

After watching the 60FPS trailer stream, I can confirm I want 30FPS. Looks far more cinematic to me, sorry ND.

There was a post in GAF where they showed E3 TloU and release version. Nothing ground-breaking different but still... better IQ, generally a slightly better looking game than what was released after. And generally games show us different models in cut-scenes than those we get to play with in gameplay. ND is no exclusion here.

I've heard this before. what we've seen was a cgi or a very altered real time. I don't recomed expecting that in real time because such promises were never delivered.

I think it's safe to include PC as well. I honestly though it was CGI.

i remember people saying the same thing about the order. "it is CG. no way that is how the game looks."  and other trollish comments downplaying the visuals saying it wont even be close to that. then comes gameplay and it looks even better.
