Eh...disappointing.
I give it a 5/10.

Missed the first part but the second half was 3/10. Way too many CGI trailers. It left a horrible taste in my mouth, feeliing like I didn't even see any games, only movies. Most interesting part was the game by the developers of Limbo, that looked interesting.

i agree with your assesment of the energy level and yea i also noticed that alot of the anouncements were kinda accepted with a Meh, the games the most interested me i would end up getting on my ps4, mainly cause i prefer the controller, nothing here other then the halo stuff made me want to repurchase a X1, although i probably will in nov for halo. but that was really it for me.
6/10. Too much CGI and not enough gameplay. I liked Phil Spencer's little speech at the beginning. Interested in the Witcher and Platinum's game.
Estelle and Adol... best characters ever! XD
I'll say a 6. It was alright, they showed off a lot of games but many were multiplatform and not really any megatons at all. Sunset Overdrive looks pretty cool though, really looking forward for that and it's nice to see that the MC Collection is official. Also that Conker thing made me cry
After the end I would bump it up to 7. Maybe 7.5. Crackdown looked cool and Scalebound was a nice surprise. I don't give a lot of points for CGI trailers though. I like gameplay.

Quite underwhelming for me, I dont know why I expected more. I guess all that phil harrison hype got to me
They spent way too much time on the games we already knew
-only 1 AAA exclusive announced
-multiplatforms & indies overdose
-SO. MUCH. CGI !!!!!
+focus completely on games
+ scaleboud
+ new tomb raider announced
6.5/10
Nothing major announced but what was shown was good. Too much CGI for my taste
For games it was great but for announcements it was terrible, 6/10
Going for a solid 8.5
Scalebound and Crackdown look awesome. I was really afraid that they would have a megaton at the end that will completely crush everything, but they didn't, so it's not a 9 or higher.. Other than that they showed good games but all of these were already confirmed or heavily rumored.
It was really good and it's not easy to beat, but it's also not hard to beat.
