I doubt ND would show both a new IP game and UC4 in the same E3 show. There are laws against generating that level of hype.

Activsion owns the rights to that IP. Its about time they sold it to Sony because they've done nothing proper with it.

Maybe I am wrong but he said

Even if it's TLOU there's still a unknown game.

So Naughty Dog is currently on three different games

- Unknown game

- Unknown game

- Ucharted 4
