I mean seriously!!!

SMT x F, X and Bayonetta 2 will look epic, there is also the ZELDA and Smash Hype (at best buy and tournament...).

of course surprises will be there too! what if new starfox and Metroid is shown?! hype off the roof!

Microsoft just has Halo , so its definitely not them imo.

It's a difficult one, Nintendo and MS backs to the wall you would expect them to bring the Bombs. Not personally a fan of nintendo games, so even if they did I dont think it would mean much to me...

So at the moment I would have to say that MS are the ones likely to Win E3, but only if they bring the goods. Sony - I dont know.. some days I think they are just waiting to drop the bombs and playing it cool (nah were not at E3 this year type tweets), and then Boom!

So yeah, for the moment its MS for me, just because they have to and they are most likely going to have games more suited to me than Nintendo. Sony is the secret squirral right now :)
