Well Sony Japan is co-developing on the game, so I guess Sony'd definitely have a say in that decision, but over all I'd say it's possible.

No. It's being co developed by Sony Japan just like (if we believe the leaks) Project beast. None of them will ever leave PS.

It does kind of seem like a game that belongs on PC doesn't it?
