If MK8 can provide a consistent boost, Nintendo will have had one of the best turn arounds ever. I've got a lot of doubt about that though. I think they'll do decently next week before eventually going back to Pre-MK levels. They need a $250 MK8 bundle to really move systems.

Mario Kart's longevity depends on if they'll add DLC or not. It seems like the most obvious thing in the world to line it up and the reward for the effort is damn near unbeatable.

It was harder for me to find the Pro Controller than the actual bundle. It certainly is a fine controller.

Honestly, Nyko is better as its more like the GC/360 controller which I much prefer with the location of the sticks.

I'm sorry, but you have to factor in people who are sitting on the fence waiting to see what Microsoft and Sony had to offer. I think this holiday is going to be a better gauge for the console race.
