Fire Emblem/Halo Wars (pa... 0 0%

Total:43

We all know one day it has to happen. Whenever there is a battle of 3, eventually 2 team up to take the bigger third one down. Which companies do you think will team up for a first party crossover that works on both systems and which game do you think it will be?

Halo/Metroid is the most likely one and even then it's never going to happen.

Kratos taking over the Luigi role in Super Mario World X

LittleBigMario would be my choice.

I said Sony Allstars and Super Smash Bros. In a way, there are already crossovers! It just makes sense! I don't think it will happen, but it would be cool!

NNID: garretslarrity

Steam: garretslarrity

Halo/Metroid. My favorite FPS and action adventure game combined would be awesome. Sony All-Stars X Super Smash Bros. would be next. And then Fable/Zelda and Star Fox/Gears of War.

I cant imagine anything of this happening, but i'd go with banjo threeie, because nintendo wants the ip on their console and microsoft needs support to develop it (Retro Studios).

If you're interested in Nintendo content and understand german, maybe you want to take a look at my youtube channel! :)

Retro is essentially (talent wise) the new RARE. That or Retro and Naughty Dogs are basically tied for that position. Then again, I'm not sure we will ever get a development team as talented as the makers of Donkey Kong 64 and the Banjo games. Those were the glory days!

Nintendo might conceivably try to buy the rights to make a Banjo game, and Microsoft might be willing since they're not doing anything with it and it'd do better with a Nintendo audience anyway. So that's most likely. After that, a Smash/AllStars crossover seems plausible. It'd be like a Marvel vs. Capcom sort of game. I think the main thing stopping it is all the legal issues. It would be quite the tangled web to work out a deal on it. After that, Metroid/Halo would at least make sense, and would probably have a good audience interested, but I'm not sure it would make a good game. It would be nice to see a Metroid game with epic multiplayer though. I don't see them going for that one though. The rest don't even really make much sense to me, nor do I think there would be much demand for them.
