Does the WatchDogs Universe really provide you with the worlds only Smart phone without a clock ??????

I noticed that as well. I assume that's because time has no significance in the actual game.

Yet for some there is a clock when saving the game.

I also searched for a clock ^^ but this one is not even that bad...unfortunately there are quite more weak and strange things. Some really absurd and bad game design decisions. Plus, it's still rough around the edges.
