im fine with this, nfs, and dc being 30 fps. I just hope some folks here don't go by double standards here with shitty excuses like "but it's open world, so fine now for a racer" when they previously complained about 30fps in racers.

But I figured either frame rate or resolution was gonna take a hit given its an open world game.

OK enlighten me then what arcade racer on the PC runs at 60 FPS.  Also I don't play PC game and I'm not aware of any console arcade racer that runs at 60 FPS.  Also its better to play arcade racers on consoles since that genre is acutally pretty popular on consoles most PC gamers are only into sim racers.

Horizon 2 will be a overall better game plus it will have a huge deal of more cars (minimun of 200 probably more) versus 55.  Plus it will have better cars and more manufactures.

There you go again. So you've been to the future played both games and have come to the conclusion FH2 will be better? So more cars now equals a better game? In most racing games players hardly ever use more than 20-30 cars. Evolution have trimmed the fat and included 55 quality cars
