Meh really don't care since I never plan to play any arcade racers on a PC anytime or any other other PC game for that matter. As far as PC gaming goes the only function that I really like about them is that they can emulate old consoles and arcade games. Anyway Horizon 2 will be amazing and that it only runs at 30FPS is really a none issue it didn't stop the first game from being one of the best racers of all time.

The AI in Horizon 2 will be plenty of tough since they are implementing the drivartar system from Forza 5 and the 360 version AI will be plenty tough also if its the same from the fist game.
I really hope they scrape the standard cars for GT7 and enough with the Skylines already we don't need 80+ of them in every game. Plus the engine sounds need a major overhaul along with the visual damage system.
