The weakest cup is the Flower cup imo. Shy Guy falls looks ugly as hell and annoying to drive on and same goes for that lame ghost house. Only the first stage is any good (best music track in the game). Toad Harbour is also fun, but the last 2 stages drag the cup down a lot.

I really don't get the love for Shy guy falls.

Donut Plains 3 isn't that good, I prefer Dry Dry Desert. DK Jungle is one of my favorite tracks in the game. In MKW the retro Donkey Kong course was also my favorite. I hate Music Park as well.

Favorite tracks:

Mario Circuit (new one), Royal Raceway, Sherbet Land, Rainbow Road (new one, yeah I know, I hated on it before MK8 released lol), Dolphin Shoals, Electrodrome, Water Park, Sunshine Airport and Yoshi Valley

Well we all have our opinions!

Worst Tracks:

  • Dry Dry Desert
  • Sherbert Land
  • Toad's Turnpike
  • Bone Dry Dunes

Other than that, the rest of courses are really solid. Probably the best courses in the series.

I actually love how old school the SNES and GBA courses felt. Like a trip back in time. ^_^

But Mount Wario and Shy Guy Falls are my favorties out there. They're so diverse and fun. They just feel like a theme park ride.

Yeah, the only difference is that mine's better. :p

Come'on, Sherbet Land is just a blast to ride on. I'm super good on that course. :D

The graphics on it are great as well, I love the texture of the road and the ice cave. And it takes place at night!

No doubt it looks awesome, and the snow that collects on the tires is amazing, but nothing really happens on that course. I mean, they added a lot to make it better from its GameCube days, with branching underwater pathways and some anti-gravity areas, but it just felt so plain to me. Not Dry Dry Desert levels of dullness (seriously, there's nothing to that course. It's so flat and lacks any sort of diversity @_@), but it just lacks that zany craziness that seperates Mario Kart from other racing games.

Understandable, but I actually don't like to race on these crazy courses. A good example is Grumble Volcano, I just think there's too much going on even though it looks pretty great.

Ps: every time I see your avatar I have to think of a Metroid now lol.

So basically you prefer bland, generic, empty, uninspired tracks. Got it!

I wouldn't call DS Tick Tack Clock bland, generic, empty or uninspired. :p

Grumble Volcano just doesn't feel good racing on.

No one said anything about Tick Tock Clock.

You're right, good is an understatement!

And we will call this one for Royal Raceway, up next is Leaf Cup
