I bought one on launch. It had so much potential. It's too bad the DS absolutely murdered the thing in the US or else I would have been a lot happier lol.

Definitely. It almost passed Game Boy Advance and fell only 720k short. Quite impressive.

That girl would be a whole lot hotter if she wasn't wearing gramma shorts pulled up to her damn armpits.

Yeah I'm not a fan of those high skirts/shorts either. A little belly button never hurt anyone.

not a bad system, too bad it wasnt successful bc all people do is mod them and download games on it. now the legit peeps are punished by sony with a shitastic proprietary way overpriced memory card for vita.

I didn't like its control layout, as differently from PSV one, that I love, it gave me hand cramps playing fast paced games, so that I never bought one even when it was cheap enough, but anyway kudos to it, sad, although unavoidable day for the strongest competitor Ninty portables ever had.
Let's just hope that this way, freeing up resources and production plants, Sony will be able to produce, support and market PSV a lot better. BTW, maybe now it's too late, but I still think that Sony should have launched PSV with an optional external UMD drive for 100% BC without having to buy again already owned PSP games (a good policy could have been to be able to install UMD games on PSV mass memory and from then on just having to connect the drive once a week, a month, whatever period considered suitable, to validate the copy, not forcing users to always carry with them and keep connected the peripheral with all the discs for the PSP games they wished to play).

You consider over 80 million hardware sales to be unsuccessful?

I still have the Crisis Core edition somewhere collecting dust. I'd consider the trade-in for a Vita.

You will always be remembered.
