Forums - Movies & TV - Petition - please sign (for converting "Kingsman: The Secret Service" into 3D)

I don't think your petition is going to make it. And this movie looks cliche and crap, I hope it flops I'm getting sick of these crappy movies.

No, absolutely not. In fact if there is a petition to make sure this movie is never converted to 3d I will sign that.

If the movie converts to 3d then most showings at my local theater will be 3d and I do not want to see this in 3d.

You clearly did not see "The Great Gatsby" in 3D.

And you clearly didn't see "Need for Speed" in 3D.

This movie will make great use of 3D in either every scene or almost every scene of the movie, just like The Great Gatsby (recorded) & Need for Speed (converted) did. The trailer alone would look soo awesome in 3D.

I've actually seen plenty of 3d movies because I often have no other options since my local theater almost always fills up all their slots with 3d showings. I'm generally unimpressed and its generally never worth the extra money. Avatar is the only 3d movie that truly impressed me. If this film was not shot in 3d then it is not meant to be in 3d. I despise conversions.

Need for Speed & Star Trek Into Darkness where not shot in 3D, and they look fantastic.

How?

Because i have a eye-impairment which means i can't see 3D, and the 2D versions are usually in subpar theatres

No no no 3D is taking filmmaking in the wrong direction. It needs to end.

Well, Surround Sound took filmmaking in the wrong direction, and that didn't end.

If no one could put out Surround Sound for Audio, then what chance do you think there is for trying to get rid of 3D visuals for Visual.

Just watch such movies as The Great Gatsby & Need for Speed & Star Trek Into Darkness & Godzilla 3D & X-Men Days of Future Past & Amazing Spider-Man 1 in 3D.

It's a "Comic Book Movie".

So for you; Standard Definition, or High Definition?

Standard. Blu rays are way too expensive!

LOL, now of days 3D HFR Blu-Rays + 2D LFR Blu-Rays + DVD + UV cost $20 for that all-in-one package.

What can of impairment?

Can't it be fix somehow?

There are people who had their impairment fix from watching one 3D movie. And there are other people who can only see 3D on the Nintendo 3DS and use it to see realize in 3D, as well as see 3D Movies in 3D by putting glasses over the 3D camera and viewing the 3DS screen.

Anyways' it's coll if don't like and/or want 3D. Whateveryourimpaorment is, I understand why you don't want it at your local theaters.

But where you even ever going to see this one particualr movie anyways?
