Colombia got a bit too dramatic near the end but they won. First time we win twice in a row :D

At least it's not a draw.

Congratulations, I'm impressed with Colombia too, already since the preperations. What they need to do now is push when they have a big lead instead of falling back like they did during the end of the game. Those things cost predictions :p

A pretty intense match, that's for sure! Oh, and another 5 points for me!

Colombia through barring a fantasticaly improbable turn of events in the remaining 3 games.
Perhaps a petition that none of the remaining teams go through, sad that one of them will qualify and some much better teams won't.

The whole second half was full of football action. The first half though was 'meh' from what I heard at least as I tuned in when they started the 2nd half.

They got a really nice team this time around. If they can make it to quarter finals, I'll be happy enough.
It was similar to what happen to Japan. They got a goal and then fell back, which allowed Ivory Coast to come back super strong. Yepes was a brick wall tho, he wasn't letting anything go through near the end.
Well done to Colombia, now curious as to who will get the second spot in the group.

Just to clarify, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia refused to participate at the time, while Chile and Perú withdrew afterwards, letting Brazil and Argentina qualify. Poland and Greece also withdrew after their first match.
And then, a similar thing happened in 1938 of course... The outside factors that tainted these tournaments can't be forgotten.
