Fuck!!! I am deeply saddened!! USA is out. I am so fucking frustrated that, while being Brazilian, I am gonna root for Argentina. I am serious.

Congrats to Panama though. They are the second debutant.

We couldn`t have expected Mexico to bail out the USA. Some of Mexico`s fans are praising Ochoa for scoring the own goal. But Trinidad and Tobago have been awful, there should have been no reason to lose to them.

Obviously.

They didn't care, neither did Mexico in this occasion.

I understand how it works, I was attempting to be humourous.

I was just watching loads of videos of the last goal and celebrations and what not, I'm so happy for them even though I shouldn't care. That said, I just saw the goals and lol, their first goal was one of the worst calls I've seen, the ball never went in, not even close really. But, who cares? (well maybe the 8 Americans who care about "soccer"...)

I wonder how well Panama will do. They will probably be seen as one of the biggest underdogs going into the tournament.

How unfortunate, but it's funny that number 7 did two wrong steps, it was almost a moving penalty, although Calvo was slightly pulling him.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Gulati and Arena need to be fired. Now.

I don't know if Gulati was there, but they should just leave Arena stranded at the airport. Fuck them both.

It was a Panama penalty anyway.

Bye bye USA. Just not good enough. At least we won't have to listen to cringey I believe chants next summer.

Regardless, they're better off not qualifying. Their fans would have received the mother of all beatings from the Russian hooligans. Only the English would get worse.

Messi helped Argentina into the world cup... great, now watch as he, like the last 2 World Cups, does nothing. :P

You know what's odd, I'm looking at all these people (footballers) either sad or happy about going to or not going to the world cup and I don't remember any of that for England. We qualified, didn't lose a game and it's "Yeah, okay. Nice one." from the players and management. Fans don't care either. God we're sad.

Hmm, pie.

Wait USA cocked it up? ROFL

Panama made it what a stunner.

Oh shit, no Chile at the World Cup? :O

And USA eliminated too, wow.

From another forum:

I just read and realized, that Chile has been eleminated from the World Cup, because of their very own protest?! That is unreal.

If they wouldnt have protested against that bolivian player (cabrera) being inegible to play for bolivia.

CAS verdict meant a 3:0 and 3 pts for both matches of Bolivia vs. Chile and Peru. However, Peru had lost and Chile had drawn vs. Bolivia. That means, that without the protest, the finale standings would have been:

5th. Chile 24 pts -4
6th: Paraguay 24pts -6
7th: Peru 23pts -4
