This title sucks a bit no? Aren't people tired of the same contenders every single year? How are these matches special when they have the same protagonists over and over again? No wonder no one cares for the Europa League, its like everyone wants to watch the same rich teams play against each other. The Uefa Cup used to be a super prestigious competition, full of passion. Now its all about the UCL just because the oil money flodded European football and suddenly Asians and Americans started to watch it. I really really hope Leicester wins the Premier League. Money is not everything, its not trophies, that's for sure. Sorry about the rant, but this title, really...

Morata was distracting Bayern's defenders, it was like 5 Moratas were playing in the field. Then Allegri took back Morata AND Cuadrado. Then Bayern forgot about defending. Then they scored 4 goals. Allegri, what the hell were you thinking? XDDD.

But, hey, I'm happy, I was more scared from Juventus if I'm honest.

lets also not forget that Coman, man of the match, is on loan from Juventus.. that has to hurt a little bit more..

That's the icing on the cake for Bayern (and for Coman)

I'm sorry for making the title.. lol.. it just nobody on this site seems to care about the Europa League.. we get like 40+ posts on the 2 CL nights and barely 3+ on EL league nights.. i don't know why.. people aren't just as excited to see Fenerbahce, Basel, Anderlecht.. Maybe the format is wrong with too many teams (48 at start and then 8 CL 3rd placed teams inserted in)

- edit - i also feel like its placed on the wrong time of the week, on thursday, after the CL games and just before normal domestic League games.. its like the easiest games not to watch

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

Europa league has some low key good matches, it just lacks the blockbuster clubs Champions Leagues has. Quality wise EL is a good competition.

So disappointed that Juve lost and went out. As a neutral, I wanted them to go the furthest in the tournament.

Expected result from the other one.

Hmm, pie.

What a crazy match on Allianz Arena! The best match I've seen since Germany - Brazil in the World Cup! Coman is a man for the future for sure.

With Bayern going all out towards the end, Morata would've definitely taken a better advantage of it, and in what world was that an offside.... Ugh

yesterdays match was one of the best i ever seen. what a fantastic game. i feel bad for Juve, they deserved to go through.

And it's on!
