I'm not someone into conspiracy theories, but I feel the ref during Olympiakos - Anderlecht might have bribed.

1. Somehow the attacker made the foul, obviously should have been a free kick for Anderlecht and a red card for the defender
2. A penalty was given for this (I can see why he gave a penalty here depending on the angle he was looking at),
3. Somehow this was just a yellow, obvious red since the player is through on goal and it's just a nasty tackle in general

As you can see all 3 calls were heavily in favor of Olympiakos.
