I have to say I'm actually a bit surprised how much everyone seems to be hyped for The Division. Outside of the fantastic engine, the game's reveal demonstration really didn't show me anything too spectacular. There was some walking around an empty city, a small shootout, the group finding like one gun in an abandoned police armory (seriously....one gun lol), and the promise of MMO elements (or shared world shooter, since that's what the cool kids are calling it)
Is the potential for an awesome game there? Sure. But idk, I just don't see it yet. Visuals aside, it honestly didn't wow me
