Smash Bros no doubt, I'd say SMTxFE but we barely know anything about the game as it is, so that drops to the 2nd place for the time being.

Smash Bros will have the most hype, at least until E3 whenthey show Zelda U.

My personal most hyped game is Monolith Soft's X, followed by Fatal Frame. (as of now)
