I am still hoping for late March and early April, unlike though, but still wishful thinking.

 I wonder how much GTA+MGS would boost the ps3's sales?

Also, MGS should have a more prominent affect on fence sitters than downloadable content. :P

I think the game really need to be stunning (gameplay/story/gfx) to go beyond the MGS fans (that will buy it whatever the game is).

but it will help that is sure.

 I'm absolutely certain it will help sales but it won't give it any significant boost beyond the first two weeks of sales.  I would say expect something close to a DMC4 sales boost.


 That is ridiculous! 

1. MGS4 is an exclusive.

2. It is way way way more hyped than DMC4 was.

3. The main series MGS games sell more than double what DMC sells.

I doubt it will come to the 360,and if it does it'll b 2009 b4 the 360 gets it. Also, this game will most definitely boost sales of the ps3 dramatically compared to DMC4- Thats a no brainer cause Sony will advertise the heck out of it the month it will release! Trust me,no quote me! This is one of the most anticipated release on the ps3 and the world(all gaming genres) knows it!
