They didn't port Dynasty Warriors 8 XL either so I'm guessing they may not be making any money on it.

Yep with Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate coming to both next gen consoles, still kind of odd that SW 3 is not coming to XB1. XB1 slowly not getting full support from certain devs.
