when are they going to release there next system? was releasing the wii u early a mistake,when the wii was still doing so well? did nintendo get in there own way on that front? Let's face it the wii u is'nt doing as good as it should be. How are they going to right the wrong? I'm just curious to see what people think. I'll always have a special place in my heart for nintendo as the nes was my first gaming system,even though I haven't been into nintendo games since the super nintendo came out. I still want them to get back on track and do great things. thoughts???

The Wii was in major decline in 2011 and 2012. The only good games to release were Skyward Sword, Xenoblade Chronicles (in the west), Rayman Origins, and Kirby's Dream Collection (an anniversary compilation). Other than that there was shovelware and popular casual games (Skylanders and Just Dance).

I don't remember that the Wii was doing well in 2012. Also, only title I can remember from that year is Mario Party 9.
