I got a flyer in my email from Bestbuy saying X1 is now $399 starting June 7th and they're taking pre-orders.

Very aggressive marketing and MS desparately needed to boost their sales. It's a pretty good value now.

Unfortunately, I won't be picking it up because my 360 friends have moved over to PS4 already. Maybe when it hits $299 I'll get it. Really want to play Dead Rising 3 (or 5 by that time).

Wow! Thats technically $50 cheaper than a ps4 right now in Canada cause a ps4 atm costs $450 due to the shitty Canadian Dollar! Thats Crazy!!

Sony won't be doing that any time soon. They just raised the price to $449 in March because of the weak Candian dollar. The currency is still weak so they won't be lowering the price. 

Good for you guys... Still would get a Kinect with a game bundle, way more value to it imo even if you don't want to play Kinect games....,,,,,,, but that's me my favorite feature being instant switching and the IR blast...

Hopefully this kinda forces Sony to have to drop back to $399.99 as well. Demand for the PS4 is definitely starting to slow here, saw about nine PS4s in stock just sitting on the shelf today at Best Buy ... never seen that many just out in the open.
