Forums - Microsoft - X1 price drop $399 CAD Starting June 7

This is the kinectless bundle. With PS4 being $450 standard, Canada should be a bit easier to take back then the US should be.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Yeah, very crazy! I swear if Sony goes to $349 in response, I'll make the leap!

Sony won't be doing that any time soon. They just raised the price to $449 in March because of the weak Candian dollar. The currency is still weak so they won't be lowering the price.

I can see them going back down to $399 after E3, but no lower. They're selling enough just by word-of-mouth.

No way to tell though, Canadian NPD doesn't release numbers either and MS or Sony rarely talk about Canadian install base.

Its the US numbers divided by 10 mostly. If X1 ever overtakes the US, you can safely assume Canada is in a similar situation, especially with the price factor.

And on that note, NA includes Mexico, which is a more Xbox favored country as well. Id lump its fate with the other 2 as well.
