Well just to play on high settings and full HD on pc,, you will need graphics card starting from 760-780. Those card range are more powerful then either Xbone and PS4. IMO i would assume with all its physics ( rain, wind, water, car, destruction) would be quite taxing on the game. Yeah you are probably right. In saying that ,, i do agree that ISS is a good looking game :). Wasn't the 2012 footage at E3 the PC version? and the 2013 version the ps4 version?. ISS doesn't have dynamic reflection. When you have Delsin over a pudlle ,, he has no reflections lol. They couldn't add it to ISS . Plus none of know how old is that footage. Best to wait till the game comes out :)

The level of detail in Second is waaaay higher than what we've seen from watchdogs. And unless they made massive improvements (which they haven't) then i dont even think its necessary to wait until the game is released.

Maybe they have been breathing too much of Delsin's second hand smoke :D

Really? I actually find that a pretty interesting fact... if true lol, I actually wondered just the other day, what ever happened to the Driver series, lol :P

The ex editor in chief of gametrailers mentioned it in the podcast when the game was first unveiled. He claimed that Ubisoft rep told him about it before the game wa even unveiled. *shrugs*
