Forums - Sony - Sony Starts Advertising PlayStation Now in Stores on Bravia TVs: Shows Availability in Fall 2014

Any idea what price range this will be?

There was a rumor about rentals would be $4.99 to $5.99, which isn't bad at all ^^

Will be interesting to see what the subscription price will be, assuming there is one. PSNow could be pretty big if everything is priced well and doesn't suck :p

hundreds of titles will be ready at launch they say.

With statements like that, they are bound to under-deliver.

Ditto. I prefer playing my PS3 games on my PS3.

If it allowed us to stream PS4 or Vita games, that would be very interesting.

Do you want Sony hardware and software sales to colapse by streaming PS4 and Vita games(people will just stream the games they want to play on PS4  for cheap instead of buying their hardware)? Sony is not stupid. They might stream PS4 and Vita games but after the end of their life. This is for those who want to portable PS3 across internet to have some fun for very cheap when needed and for PS4 backward compatiablity.

Mmmhmmm... I'm simply pointing out what would make Playstation Now more interesting. It would be great if I could access a few PS4 games via streaming on my PS3. It may even encourage some PS4 sales. As for Vita, its basically a dead platform with abysmal software sales. Putting Vita content on Playstation Now means more people will actually try Vita content.

$4.99 for a month? o.O

I guess that isnt bad....but meh - I guess its good if its a game you cant get physically and dont want to invest on a limited b/c digital format that is PSN.

Its more likely $4.99 or more a week. A month sounds too generous from publishers.

you are aware that vita means portability, and some might argue it could work the other way around. would be great to play some PS3 games on the vita by way of Playstation Now. Demon's Souls on Vita.................................................. yummy

$60 per year for a full year subscription to whatever game you can play that is available? Sounds too good to be true....

Agreed :p

The subscription will be at least $10 a month.

I am very impressed by this streaming technology, and I am even more impressed with the fact that it's being delivered so promptly and with so much confidence. Sony is really in for the kill.

Hats off.
