Definitely not 'completely sure', though there is a higher chance than say 'last guardian' or 'half life 3'. But yes, the meltdowns will be delicious. Imagine if Zelda U/Uncharted 4/Last Guardian/Other big hype game doesn't get announced or even talked about... forum apocalypse.

I look forward to it but it will be hard to stay up to watch the Sony conference. It don't start till 2am in the UK! Although thats the one i look forward to most. Xbox and Nintendo should also be good but at the same time i expect to be very disappointed just like last year
