Only buying X this year. That game and DKR: TF would be the only games on WiiU for me in 2014.

Nintendo president Satoru Iwata stated that the game was developed with the goal of creating a large-scale open world with "seamless exploration", with the development team working on expanding on the knowledge they learned in the past game's development, Xenoblade. Takahashi states he aims to create the biggest game world possible for the Wii U.

On the other hand, X looks like a fun open game. I haven't played Xenoblade on Wii, so if they're very related I'd like to play that one first. Can't afford it yet though.

If you like jrpgs, Xenoblade is a no-brainer. It's probably the best (and biggest) jrpg of last generation.

Nintendo one year head start is paying off. This is going to be a crazy year. I'm buying Super Smash Bros, Bayonetta 2 and Project C.A.R.S. Maybe I'll even buy Watch Dogs.

Bigger doesn't mean longer. Skyrim is huge, but I got bored pretty fast.

Xenoblade was ok, but those big open world locations was empty, and a lot of same sidequests doesn't fill that void)

Just remember, these are planned releases. Last Year Wii Fit U and DKC:TF were on the list for 2013 as well, but ended up being 2014.

Guess im buyn a wiiu this year. I couldnt care less about bayo2 but X is a must, seeing how a good jrpg is hard to come by now I have to take them as they come.
