Xenogears and Final Fantasy IV on the list. All is right with the world.

Not a single Pokémon game in a TOP100 JRPG list? Wow, that's rare to see.
And... no The Legend of Dragoon... I'm deeply dissapointed... it deserves a place in a top100 list, I mean, even if it was a top1 list it should be there xD

But the list is quite good, you get there some games that I haven't even heard of to be honest, but overral you seem to have a good taste.

Yeah no Legend of Dragoon is weird, That game was simply amazing.

I'm very surprised there is not one Pokemon game on that list. You are the biggest Pokemon fan I know, Kupo.

Id put Pokemon Red/Blue in that list for sure.

That's odd. Pokémon Red and Blue are probably amongst the worst in the series.

Brave Story was a terrible JRPG.

Looking through that made me smile. Lots of good memories.

They were perfect. I remember playn them as a kid when pokemon was at its peak. Tbh I feel with every title the series has gotten worse for me,and I was such a big pokemon fanboy. I stil have my collection of over 2000 original 1st gen training cards. My main complaint is that there are just way to much pokemon now. I feel like only gen 1 and 2 had good pokemon and now all the designs and names seem dumb to me. Its probably cause I grew out of pokemon when I hit 10 and got into dragonballz. I've played every gen including the latest but I havent finished one since 2nd gen cause I lose interest

Pokémon has definitely improved over time in the best ways possible. Generation 3, in fact, was my favorite. Black and White 2 also really improved on a slightly boring and linear Black and White.

Red and Blue are blown out of proportion, buggy, and boring. However, for their time, they were pretty good, I agree. Now, though? Not a chance. I think they have aged quite badly. I can hardly stand to play them.

Talking about going back on memory lane. A fun list, lots of good titles on there, seems i played about 90% of all the games mentioned. There first rpg i ever played was FFVII (that game looked so freakin cool back then that i even played and finished the japanese version without knowing one word of Japanese.. and to think that was in a time before you could just youtube your way through a game if you got stuck..). Since then i'm totally hooked on the gerne. I played about all jrpgs on the PS1/PS2 (to bad last Gen was a little left behind) and even went back to play a lot of old SNES jrpg.

Nice to see Xenogears and Shadow Hearts in it. Although Shadow Hearts Convenant is way better than the first. But a lot are missing that should be in any RPG top 100. No Rogue Galaxy? It surely should be there. No Vagrant Story is almost a sin in my eyes, one of the best games i ever played, if Square ever plans on remaking a game it should be that one. Also Legend of Dragoon may not be missed, great game. And where is Final Fantasy Tactics? Kingdom Hearts? Damn a 100 is just to short of a list lol.

Putting FFX-2 over FFX or even FFXII is a bit odd, seeing it's far worse t. FFX-2 like FFXIII-2 always give me that Disney straight to dvd sequal feeling, the characters are there but the quality isn't. From last gen Ni No Kuni deserves a spot, it was really a lot of fun. Lets hope this gen gets some great jrpgs that deserve to be in any top 100.

Wow, this is pretty much every RPG lover's go to list. Can I be the first to say that I have completed 65 percent of these titles?
