What does "Sound Effect Not In Game" mean? Was it referring to the 'swish' sound because that is all I heard?

Ehhh was hoping for some gameplay footage or some kind of hype trailer but instead we got 40 seconds of footage of basically the title screens... It could be worse though, there could have been no footage so I cant complain.

There was also a deep bass sound playing the entire time as well.
