Naaa, I don't think any poster is so insecure that they need more verification that the PS4 is beating the X1 easily. Some insecure Sony fanboys might feel it nesessary to convince themselves that the X1 isn't doing very well though. But you know what fanboys are like.

I'm not necessarily talking about people from vgchartz, I'm talking about PS fans on the internet in general. Let's face it, people enjoy when their console of choice is on top, vgchartz members should know this best. 

And some people enjoy it so much that they take every piece of information that confirms that for them, no matter the source.

You mean like N4Gs and places like that? Yep, it's a dangerous place to be if you value your bubbles lol. I got murdered for saying the Vita will never catch the 3DS but luckily got no flak whatsoever when I said Sunset Overdrive was a system seller.

Numbers are fun and speculation is fun too but at the end of the day only official numbers from all three companies matter.

You wanted to show that I, like lots of other people, questioned those that automatically dismissed their numbers? O ... K ... .

They're a walking contradiction though. First they say Infamous has 1 million pre-orders and then when that turned out to be not true they just changed it to 1 million copies sold like 10 days later.

I'm a little weary of answering any posts now because they could be quoted later as proof I'm defending this site.

They could be wrong OR they could be right. All I know (for me personally) is that they were close enough for me to consider them again.
