If it does i'll be purchasing a Wii U this year.

It would make me a very happy gamer if it came out this year but I honestly doubt it will. Most likely Nintendo will show it in their next direct but not announce a release date.

I wouldn't be surprised to see it this year. Then again I wouldn't be surprised to "not" see it this year either.

E3 will tell all no doubt.

Monolith Soft's X is in development since 2011...

I doubt that it will set for 2015... It is likely this year and Nintendo unveieled uncut gameplay footage so I doubt the game is not ready, its not like trailer with bunch of clips sticked together. The game is ready and you people need to stop being ignorant also just because Nintendo delayed some launch games does not have any connection with X. Pikmin 3 and Wonderful 101 started as Wii games and they were ported to Wii U and got delayed for more polishing... X is developed for Wii U from the start... It is nearly three years in development abd Bayonetta 2 is two years in development and we have idea when it is going to launch.

I've been saying for a while that it would release this year. It's still in danger of getting delayed to 2015, but as long as it's been in development, 2014 seems quite doable. Also, apparently Hyrule Warriors is being published by Tecmo Koei within Japan. I didn't expect that. I figured since it has first party IP, it would be first party published everywhere.
