My guess is they cancelled the PS+ version, and will instead just give the full version on PS+ in May or June.

Maybe this one they don't need to downscale the 4K resolution xD

I dont give a damn for 4k. I need improved textures and some other stuffs in Okami PS4 version. 4k and gsync will appeal me (not downsampling but proper scaling) when I can buy them.
