Sony announced high, NPD came in low so they need to reallocate more numbers to Europe.

Heh I really don't see a single reason as to why preorder a digital game unless it comes with some preorder only bonus.

Is it up for preorder on the EU PS Store? How did they accommodate it with Hohokum? Or it wasn't up for preorder?

Hohokum and the other 3 indies from Play promotion were discounted from the beginning of preorders.

US (maybe NA) only though. EU didn't have the 4 way Play promotion, hohokum has a 20% discount though, Swapper had 10% iirc, CounterSpy is up in the air, not sure what the last Play game was.

Well First Light comes with an extra costume for Fetch. Also, I don't think Hohokum was up for pre-order in the EU.

Well First Light comes with an extra costume for Fetch. Also, I don't think Hohokum was up for pre-order in the EU.

Hmm I see. Shame, looks like a chance for a discount is low. Well maybe I'll wait for the first discount on it later on.
