I heard some people played like 8-10 hours of Ground Zeroes. But yeah the main story was short.

The First Light DLC is supposedly 5 hours long and it has a Platinum trophy. That's only priced $15. So yeah if Tearaway for PS4 is only 5 hours long, it better be max $20 or else there will be backlash.

DLC's are usually lower priced than the games though, as work on most of the things were done already with the game before it. with tearaway Sony might want to cash in on the really good game that flopped on the flop vita. i hope its a success, and we get more tearaway for PS4 in the future!

okay, probably a bit left field but...

...how fast is wiiU's OS? i remember a lot of complaints early on but i also remember a few supposed patches.

i ask because i'm thinking about replacing my ps3 in the living room which is almost only used for netflix. my basic complaint is that the ps3's OS is so slow and i can afford to replace it. i could get another ps4 but i'm not sure that makes sense,.. (do two ps4's interact well together?). i'd probably like an occasional wiiU game especially in remote play but if the OS is slow then it defeats the point.

and i ask you guys because i trust you more than the guys that want to sell me a wiiU.

why not watch videos on youtube and judge for yourself?

That's true, but First Light is getting a retail release in Europe. So it's a bit more special that regular DLC I think.

That's wise.

Well as for 2 PS4's, the biggest pro would be that you can make a shared account I think, so you could play coop games if you have them digitally, not really worth a second PS4 for me personally, certainly not at that price.

What about PlayStation TV? Does it have the features you want? You could also stream PS4 games to the other room and it's only 100$.

Can't help with the Wii U.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

Ninja Theory Explains Why Hellblade Is First to Consoles on PS4; More Games in Development at the Studio

by Giuseppe Nelva (19 minutes ago) http://cdn3.dualshockers.com/wp-content/themes/dualshockers2/images/HitsComments.png) 0% -1px no-repeat transparent;" href="http://www.dualshockers.com/2014/08/14/ninja-theory-explains-why-hellblade-is-first-to-consoles-on-ps4-they-have-more-games-in-development/#disqus_thread">1

Ninja Theory surprised many at Gamescom by announcing that their new IP Hellblade will be first to consoles on PlayStation 4, as mist expected a multiplatform release.

Today I had a very interesting chat with Product Development “Ninja” Dominic Matthews about the new game, and he explained the reason behind the choice.

Matthews mentioned that the team working on the game is quite small, made of only twelve people under the creative direction of Tameem Antoniades.

That means that the team needed to be considerate in its approach to development and focus its efforts on a single console.

While the definition “First to console on PS4″ might lead some to think that other versions are already in the plans, Matthews also explained that at the moment the team is thinking only about working on the PS4 version.

The notion that only twelve between the developers at Ninja Theory are working on Hellblade led me to ask whether the studio is also working on something else, and Matthews confirmed that there are indeed other titles in the pipeline, even if those are being worked on for actual publishers.

While I couldn’t extort an answer on the nature of those titles, at the very least we know that they’re being developed, so if you want a sequel to one of Ninja Theory’s beloved games, you can still hold some hope.

Now that I see kitlers sig, I'm remembering the one thing that was missing at E3 and Gamescom.

What is up with the Witness?

its the "good" kind of DLC. the DLC that makes that fullfils that early concept of what DLC should be back in the days. it easily adds a lot of content, new ideas and more of an awesome game at a reasonable price and soon after release. things like Undead nightmare, First light, left behind are pure awesome. they are the awesome DLC that i love. i wish we would see more things like undead nightmare or that farcry dlc where we would get some kind of twist on the world and gameplay. undead nightmare was AWESOME

^^ interesting, PS4 sounds like the best console for Ninja Theory because of the massive sales and PS has presence in japan, unlike xbox.

im also excited to hear that they are making other games. maybe those rumors of another heavenly sword are true after all xD

Yeah and its how DLC should be done. Undead Nightmare was absolutely brilliant. And stuff like The Lost and The Damed The Ballad of Gay Tony I enjoyed even more than I did the game

It's pretty slow. At first, launch everything took like 20 seconds plus. Now it's aroun 8-12. You also can't do any multitastking, and you have to use the gamepad to change the settings. It's very very clunky IMO.
